Tai Chi is a low-impact exercise that engages breath and is often called ‘meditation in movement’.

A class consists of performing a set of slow, gentle movements (named after animals) that are timed with breathing. Tai Chi has been shown to help flexibility, strength, and balance.

A specialized, gentle form of yoga designed to improve balance, flexibility, and strength for older adults. Uses props like chairs to support participants in seated or standing poses, adapting traditional yoga to be accessible for those with limited mobility or balance concerns. These classes focus on slow movements, mindful breathing, and relaxation to reduce stress, enhance mobility, and support overall physical and mental well-being.

A group fitness program designed for seniors that includes low-impact aerobics, strength training, balance work, and flexibility exercises to improve overall health, mobility, and reduce the risk of falls. These classes are adaptable for different fitness levels, and have a warm-up and cool-down period to ensure safety.
